Choices

Roads rise for they all fall
Paths dead ends bring life to stall
Trails are long and some are straight
Each traveled seals one's fate
Wind through the destiny's sorrow
The Lord's sure hand guide us tomorrow
Reserve they word calls for the
How do I know what is for me
Choices present link all thy past
Exhales sweet breath
And choose not blind
Thy decisions to hard to not find
All consumed thy heart and mind
Choice not and yet
...are mine

The Longing

I will love you and no other
May I never know a single breath without your gentle smile
That radiates a love you have for me
My eyes thirst for just one sip
A drink of your sweet beauty

With my heart pounding
I long to hear your voice
My entire body aches, my souls weeps
As you speak with booming tones with no noise

I cannot hold back the flood in my heart
The dam which holds back to protect
I yearn to praise, raise up and extol
No longer I endure waiting for what expect
Take this gift, this trembling hand
And be mine and no other kept

My Love For You

My Love for you is not conditional
of how I feel
of what I get
of what I choose to forget

My Love for you is not an option
not built of sand
nor based on demand
or weighed by the touch of thy hand

My Love for you in not blind
of the acts on kind
of burdens no more bind
of never ending patients in mind

My Love for you will always endure
to my last breath
I hold tight to the cleft
never relenting the mark you left
